Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories included.

The item must be undamaged and in good working condition.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

A $20 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
How to Initiate a Return
If you wish to return your VikaGlow™, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email our support team at support@vikabeauty.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Receive Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and shipping instructions.

Ship Your Item: Securely package the product and send it to the provided return address.

Refund Processing: Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refund Details
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your return, please contact us at support@vikabeauty.com.

Full Refunds:
Eligible returns will be refunded to the original payment method, minus a $20 restocking fee.

Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Processing Time: Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges & Replacements
We offer free replacements for defective or damaged products. If you receive a faulty item, contact us at support@vikabeauty.com within 30 days of delivery, and we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Products that have been heavily used or damaged due to misuse.

Items returned without original packaging or accessories.

Any product returned beyond 30 days of purchase.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to us within 12 hours of purchase at support@vikabeauty.com. Once the order has been processed, cancellations may not be possible.
